The toll-free numbers do not work from Alaska, Hawaii, or outside the USA. You can still call from these locations, but you'll have to use the local numbers (1-304-658-3333 weekdays or 1-571-749-1166 Sunday or Monday). Unfortunately, these numbers are not toll-free.
Check the schedule using the link in the menu bar "This Week." There are no live shows on Friday or Saturday. Occasionally, there is no live show on a specific day Sunday to Thursday. If that is the case, you will hear a replay of a past show. You can listen to the Broadcast Archive on this website any time.
It's hard to hear without speakers. (Don't laugh. It happens.)
PC Users, download free Windows Media Player. Also try WinAmp Player.
Mac Users, download free iTunes Player. Mark's stream can be heard using any of these software packages. You can stream directly from Mark's feed by clicking "Listen Live" link located in the left margin menu options. This method seems to work best from offices with firewalls and with PCs. Listeners report having the best experience using the media functions of Internet Explorer. However, if you still have trouble, try downloading Windows Media Player (it's free). Either Version 7.1 or Version 9 should work.
If you are still having trouble accessing a live broadcast, please try to stream any of broadcasts from the Broadcast Archive. If you can access an archived show, it will help our technicians determine the nature of your problem.
When you've attempted to listen to a broadcast archive, send an email to Help@RadioInsideScoop.com. Please be very specific about what you have tried to do and any error messages you have received. Our technical support team will do its best to make sure you can configure your computer to hear Mark.
