Mark Levine served as Legislative Counsel to a high-ranking Democratic Member of Congress on the House Judiciary Committee and the House Select Committee on Homeland Security. He has an economics degree magna cum laude from Harvard College and a law degree from Yale. He also was a Presidential Scholar and a Fulbright Scholar in Switzerland. CNN featured Mark Levine's transition from litigation attorney to Congressional counsel. Mark is the author of the critically-acclaimed Layman's Guide to Bush v. Gore, now taught in four law schools and published in two books, a dozen newspapers, and literally thousands of websites. In 2000, he was hired by the Congressional Black Caucus to present to Congress the Legal Challenge to the 2000 Florida Electors.
